Premier consulting for global development
Founded by African development practitioners, Helios Africa Insights bridges deep local knowledge with global expertise — turning monitoring, evaluation, and research into strategies that create measurable change.
Our mission
"Data is valuable only when it drives action."
We empower organizations to design, monitor, and evaluate high-impact projects with precision and innovation. Through specialized expertise in data quality assessments, third-party monitoring, GIS solutions, and cutting-edge research, we transform complex data into actionable strategies that create lasting, meaningful change across diverse global contexts.
Success for us is the impact our insights generate — not just the reports we deliver. We work alongside partners to turn challenges into opportunities that improve lives and strengthen communities.
In the field
Our teams work directly with communities and partners on the ground — the same proximity that shapes every strategy we deliver.
Global reach
Our team brings first-hand experience implementing programs across fragile and stable contexts alike — giving us unparalleled insight into what actually works on the ground.
We don't just understand development challenges — we've lived them. From navigating complex political environments to engaging communities effectively, our solutions are culturally attuned, practical, and sustainable.
Beyond reports, we deliver actionable strategies that enhance project performance, ensuring your initiatives create real, lasting change for the people they're designed to serve.
